Note that Ranks secured in NIFT Entrance Exam are valid for 1 year only.

So, as you have secured 328 AIR in entrance exam of 2015, then you cannot take admission in any of the NIFT institute in 2016 on the basis of your last year rank.

You will have to re-appear for NIFT Entrance exam to get admission for UG or PG courses in NIFT institutes.

NIFT offers following courses:
UG courses:

• B.Design (Bachelor of Design)
• B.F.Tech (Bachelor of Fashion Technology)

PG courses:

• M.Des (Master of Design)
• MFM (Master of Fashion Management)
• Master of Fashion Technology

Important Dates of NIFT UG and PG Entrance exam are:

• Online Application starts: 20th October, 2015 to 10th January, 2016
• Last Date of registartion: 10th January, 2016
• Last date of registration along with late fee of Rs.5000/-: 16th January, 2016
• Written Exam (UG and PG programmes): 14th February, 2016
• Admit Cards can be downloaded from: 21st January 2016 (1300 Hrs)
• Situation Test/Group Discussion/Interview Dates: April - May 2016
• Result Announcement: End of May-June 2016
• Counselling starts: June 2016 onwards
