Yes it is in the level of MTech.

If you seeking admission to the M.Tech Course in Civil Engineering with
specialization in Advanced Construction Technology you should have passed B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering or B. Arch/B. Arch Engineering through regular course of study from an AICTE approved institution with at least 55% marks in the degree
examination or equivalent CGPA.
