Is it advisable to do M.Sc in Psychology after completing B.Sc in Zoology?

Hi, I have completed B.Sc in Zoology branch but for my Master's I wish to change my branch and go for M.Sc in Psychology. Will I get admission in any good regular colleges? Is it worthwhile to switch from Zoology to Psychology? What other options do I have?
