After passing MSc in Pure Chemistry and while working in a modern thermal power station as a chemistry how to join any correspondence course to improve the knowledge?

i have passed M. Sc. in pure chemistry 1980.from 1985 i am working in a modern thermal power station as chemist. can u suggest me any correspondenc/distance course to imprve my knowledge in this field?
