Respected Sir/Madam, I want to appear in CSAT exam. I want to know about the age limit for appearing in this exam. Can you please let me know what is the age limit for appearing in this exam?

For General Category candidates, the new age limit is 32 years and the number of attempts is 06. For OBC Category candidates, the new age limit is 35 years and the number of attempts is 09. For SC/SC Category candidates, the new age limit is 37 years while the number of attempts unlimited.

For general category candidates, the age limit is 32 years and the number of attempts are 6.
For OBC category candidates, the age limit is 35 years and the number of attempts are 9.
For SC/ST category candidates, the age limit is 37 years while the number of attempts unlimited.

The acronym CSAT stands for Civil Services Aptitude Test. The age criteria for candidates belonging to candidates of different category:

General candidates: 21-32 years.

There is 10 years upper age relaxation for Physically handicapped candidates.

CSAT stands for Civil Services Aptitude Test and it is the Paper II of first stage of Civil Services examination i.e; Civil Services examination Prelims.

Further, the age limit to apply for the Civil Services examination is 21 years to 32 years as on the 1st August of year of examination with age relaxation applicable for reserved category candidates as per the government norms and same remains valid for the CSAT paper too.
