Non creamylayer for open married women, if womens fathers income is less than 4 lakhs but husband's income is very high

i had been issuied ncl late back in 1998 now my father is expired and mother has no income and now i require the ncl for mdl job how should i get it now

I am a LOWER PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER for the last 10 years and have annual income less than 3 lakhs . my father was retired from private service and have pension less than 10,000 per year. can i get non creamy later certificate for applying SETexamination for relaxation of marks?

MY HUSBAND IS A CLASS I OFFICER(NOT DIRECT RECRUIT)BUT PROMOTED TO CLASS I AT THE AGE OF 32 YEARS AND I AM CLASS-II OFFICER

I am central govt. group -c employee and my wife is state govt. Z.P.High School teacher for the fin. year 2014-15 we have annual income around 8.5 lakhs, we belong to OBC, for my child admission in NITs/IITs is she will be eligible for OBC NCL category or not. please give me clarification.

i am a centre govt employee in group B category with an annual income of 600000, and mother pension is 1100 . do i fall in non creamy layer and can i apply for group A center govt post

My husband is officer in Nationalised bank & Myself is employed in PSU as group B post. We are OBC & Shall we get OBC reservation in IIMs/bank job for our son ?

Annual income means only fathers annual income. Or both father & mothers annual income in regards to non creamylayer income limit
