Is Aircraft Maintenance Engineering entrance exam compulsory for admission in various engineering courses related to Aircraft?


Whether we need to pass in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) entrance or not or only 12th board results is enough to get admission in B.Tech Aeronautical or Aircraft Maintenance courses? I have score 50% in my intermediate.
