UPSC stands for the Union Public Service Commission. It is the constitutional body which conducts the Civil Services examination every year for recruitment to IAS, IPS, IRS etc.

The eligibility criteria for this examination is as below:

>>The minimum academic qualification required is bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university.

°°° No, you are not eligible to appear in UPSC examination after passing 12th and ITI because the minimum educational qualification required is graduation in any discipline from a recognised board.

°°° You have to complete your graduation in any discipline on the basis of your 12th standard and then only you will be eligible to appear in UPSC examination.

°°° For more information you can visit the official website

To be eligible for appearing in UPSC IAS examination i.e; Civil Services examination, the basic education required is a graduation degree in any discipline or equivalent degree from a recognized university.

So, on the basis of Class 12th plus ITI degree courses, you are not eligible for appearing in the Civil Services examination as your educational qualification is not equivalent to graduation degree which is the basic requirement for appearing in the Civil Services examination.

For more details regarding the Civil Services examination, you can refer to the link www.upsc.gov.in.

Note that to be eligible for UPSC exam, you must have completed graduation from a recognized university/institute.

Since, ITI is not considered as graduation course, so you must complete graduation course to be eligible for appearing UPSC exam.

After completing just +2 with ITI course, you cannot appear for UPSC exam or even state PSC exams.
