It depends from bank to bank. Now a days most banks require the candidates ask for at least 60% in each level depending on the qualification of the candidate. So since you are a postgraduate you should have secured at least 60% in both Graduation and Postgraduation. You will need to check out the notifications. There are some banks with consider the score in the last secured qualification. You could apply for those tests.

Although you have less percentage in graduation you are eligible to appear for bank PO exams as you have 70% in your Post graduation.

They consider the percentage score of yours in the highest degree you have.

And your highest qualification is PG with 70%.So you are eligible.

Its appreciable that you have got 70% in Post Graduation.Congratualations!!

So if you are able to clear the exams then in interview your percentage will work as plus point for you.

Also keep in mind that your age should not exceed more than 30 years.

So start preparing & applying in Banks of your choice.

I think banks normally recruit students having 60% career or more.
But if you gain some experience from other local companies then it will be easier for you to get a job in banking sector.

I think you are not eligible for PROBATIONARY..

as minimum eligiblity criteria is One must completed his graduation with atleast of 55% aggreagate and 12th class with a percentage of 60% for probationary..

but i think you can be eligible for PROBATIONARY if you apply with your Post Graduate as according to heighest degree you have 70% but not with graduation level as in graduation level you are not eligible for probationary officer....

You did not the mention the category to which you belong. But it also plays a crucial role regarding your eligibility because of relaxations in age and percentage of marks.

Here i am providing the eligibility criteria for almost all the bank exams

-One should be in the age group of 21-30 years

-One should have completed his graduation with a minimum of 55%

-Some banks may also ask for the aggregate percentage of marks in 10+2 also.

-Relaxation is there in age and aggregate percentage of marks for SC/ST candidates.

-One must have computer knowledge or may produce computer certificate.

As you are having just 52% in your graduation, if you belong to the category other than General, then there is a chance that you will be eligible for the bank PO Exam

The Eligiblity Criteria Are Vary From Bank To Bank.

Different Banks Have Different Eligiblity Criteria.

But To Appear In Bank PO Examination, Your Age Should Between 21 To 30 Years And You Must Have To Scored Minimum 60% Marks In Your Graduation. So, You Have Not Mentain 60% Marks In Your Graduation, So You Are Not Eligible To Apply For Bank PO Examination.

But Many Other Banks Allow Students Who Scored Minimum 55% Marks In Graduation. So You Have Not Mentain 55% Also In Your Graduation, So You Are Not Eligible to Apply For Bank PO Examination.

For More Details Please Check Different Banks Websites.

according to me the eligibility criteria for the bank PO exams include the minimum of the 55% of the marks in the graduation exam and about 60% of the marks in the 12th board exam ....
so as you have only 52 % of the marks in the graduation so i think that you are not eligible for the bank po posts ..
but then you can apply for the clerks in the banks you will be eligible for that ...

so best of luck

dear friend,

The BANK PO eligibility criteria is you must be completed graduation degree. The percentage of garduation must be above 55%.

But in the case of SBI PO , the eligibility percentage is above 60% in graduation.

Your minimum age criteria is 20 years and maximum age criteria is 30 years.

Age relaxation is provide only for SC/ST/OBC candidate.

But in IBPS exam ,if you are graduate then you are applicable.

But your graduation marks is just 52% so you are not eligible for BANK PO exam.

dear friend,
Eligibility for Bank PO exam:-

*The candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade at least.
*The candidate should not have any pending backlogs during graduation.
*The candidate must have 60% aggregate through out the career.
*The candidate must be computer literate.
*The candidate should be a citizen of India..
*The age should be in between 21-30 years..
For SC/ST the the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years.

These are the criteria you have to fulfill..
As you have secure less than 60% marks in graduation, then sorry to say you that you are not eligible..
All the best..

I'm very sorry to tell you that you will not be able to sit for PO examination with 52% marks in the graduation.
But except some govt. banks there are so many govt. banks in which you can go

These are :

1.yes bank.

2.dena bank.

3.Grameen bank.

4.Axis bank.

5.Mallabhum Grameen Bank.
