Hello Sir, I have given my compartmental exam of 12th and secured 49% marks in PCB. Next year, I want to give Improvement exam. So, if I secure 60% marks in PCB then I will be eligible to appear in NEET?

The required eligibility criteria for NEET examination are given below.

=> Candidate should have passed 12th class with PCB subjects from a recognized board.

=> The minimum percentage required in PCB subjects for NEET examination is UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%.

=> The age of candidate should be in between 17 to 25 years.

=> As per my knowledge, you are eligible to appear in NEET if secure 60% in PCB and having secured 49% in 12th Compartmental exam.

To be eligible to appear in NEET examination, you should have passed 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects with aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ ST) marks from a Government recognised board and you should have studied English as one of the subjects in the qualifying examination. Since, you have secured 60% aggregate marks in your 12th standard PCB stream, you are eligible to apply for NEET examination.
