Sir, I have completed my Graduation through distance education from
a recognized university. But I did not study 10th or Intermediate. Am I eligible for SSC recruitment exam?

Candidates passed bachelor degree without 10th and 12th or equivalent qualification are not eligible for appearing in various recruitment examination.

So, your degree is not valid and you are not eligible for appearing in various jobs on the basis of bachelor degree qualification.

For SSC recruitment,one must have done 10+2+3 qualifications without any backlog.
As you had mentioned,you had done graduation without being in 10,12 grade then ,you are not eligible for SSC exam.
