Am I eligible to apply for Indian Navy Sailor recruitment with 0.5D eyesight and suffering with Ptosis in left eye?

Hi, my eyesight is 0.5D in both eyes and my left eye has Ptosis. However, it is working properly. I want to apply for Indian Navy Sailor recruitment. Kindly let me know that with such condition, I am eligible to apply for this recruitment?
