Am I eligible to apply for TET to get Government job being a 42 years old NT-C candidate?

Sir, I am 42 years old now and I belong to NT-C caste category. I want to apply for TET because I want to get Government job. Kindly tell me am I eligible to apply for this TET exam? Kindly let me know immediately.
