Yes, you are applicable for lectureship as per AICTE norms since you have obtained Ph.D.

You can apply for either CSIR NET or GATE to join as lecture at top indian institutions.

Msc chemistry candidate through distance education is eligible for lecturer post in polytechnic college Tamil Nadu under AICTE
