No, diploma holders are not eligible for B.Ed. Graduation from any recognized University is the qualification required. Admissions are offered either on the basis of merit or entrance tests. In most cases candidates with a minimum of 45-50% marks (in UG) are considered. Details can be collected from the website of the institution that offers the course.
