Hi, I have completed three years of Diploma course in Computer Science from School of Learning, Delhi University. So, now am I eligible to do BCA from IGNOU? When and how should I take admission in IGNOU? What is the fees structure?

No you cannot because you have done the 10+2 than can do BCA

Maximum Duration: 6 Years
Course Fee: Rs. 36,000
Minimum Age: No bar
Maximum Age: No bar

10+2 or its equivalent.

Course Fee: Minimum 3 years and Maximum 6 years; offered in both January & July cycle of admissions. Fee Structure: Rs. 36,000/- for full Programme to be paid Semester wise @Rs. 6,000/- per semester.

Yes, you are eligible to take admission in BCA from IGNOU.
The Eligibility Criteria are:-
50% marks in class 10th and 12th or equivalent (As like 3 years diploma course) with Mathematics / Computer Science / Information Technology as one of the main Subject in Class 12th.
