Am I eligible to do microbiology after completing B.Sc in plant science?


I am B.Sc plant science final year student. After completing BSc can I take MSc in microbiology and what are the scopes for me after completing? Can you please give me the details on this? It will be helpful if you can answer me soon. Thanks!

Yes you are eligible for M.Sc microbiology course
1. To do M.Sc microbiology you must complete b.sc with combination any two subjects of home science, human genetics, nutrition and dietetics, botany, zoology, biochemistry, biotechnology, plant protection, microbiology, dairy sciences, agriculture and horticulture, home science, fisheries and public health from a recognized board.
2. You must have at least 60% marks in B.Sc to get admission in top colleges
3. There is no upper age limit to join the course

Yes, you are eligible for studying M.Sc in microbiology after B.Sc in plant sciences.

M.Sc (Masters of Science) in Microbiology is a masters level degree. The duration of the course is 2 years.

The eligibility required for studying this course is to complete graduation level degree from any science related subject from any recognized university.

As you are B.Sc plant science student you are eligible for the M.Sc in microbiology
