Am I eligible to give SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam being a candidate pursuing final year of BA

HI,
You are Eligible for SC combined graduate level examination.

Eligibility Criteria for SSC Examination:-

The candidate should have either appear for final graduation degree exam or completed from any stream from a recognised University with at least 55% marks.

The candidate should be unmarried while applying for SSC.

The candidate should be within 18 to 30 years of age, the upper age relaxed for OBC category up to 3 years and for SC/ST category up to 5 years, can apply for SSC.

I am studying degree final year.my degree final year exams will be completed by may 2016.am I eligible to write SSC exams for may 2016?
