Dear Friend,

Yes , you are eligible to apply for the group exams during final year of
your graduation. Generally you are not required to produce your degree
,ie, graduation degree, at the time of application for the exam. The degree
is demanded during later process of document verification after you get
selected. So you are supposed to have your graduation completed at the time
of document verification stage of the recruitment process.
Therefore,you can apply for any type of group examination.

You can apply for the group exams conducted by UPSC or state PSCs.
The eligibility criteria is that you should have a graduation degree or you
should be studying in the final year of graduation. That is, at the time
of applying you should be in final year of your graduation but at the time
of joining your documents will be cross checked. So at that time , you are
required to produce original degree.

1. UPSC

2. PSC

3. SSC ........ etc.

Yes you are eligible for this exam because the basic eligibility for this exam are-

1.You must have a bachlor degree.
2.You age must in between 21 to 28yr.

You can even apply in last year of your graduation.
