when do i become Hindi Pandit? I have finished Nishnath Exams both Part 1 & 2.

i have completed my praveena through dbhps chennai now i am doing my b.com. i want to know the eligibility for joining hindi pandit course whether dbhps t.nagar offers the course or not after completeing the course can i join as hindi teacher in schools
