For the position of Loco Pilot RRB specifies certain eligibility requirements. Matriculates having diploma are eligible for the job. Diploma must be obtained either in mechanical/electrical/electronics streams. 12th passed candidates having ITI in specific subjects are also eligible. If you have any of these qualifications, you are eligible for the exam.
