no dear you are a Bachelor of science. So how you can go for technology insted of science, you can do master of science.... but you can't do M.tech......

Yes, you can apply for M.Tech (CS) after qualifying GATE. Percentage of marks obtained in qualifying exam is not a criterion for attending GATE. There is no upper age limit to apply. The exam can be attended any number of times. Qualified candidates in GATE are allotted with colleges and course through a centralized counseling process.
