Am I eligible to pass higher secondary exam if I have failed in two subjects?
I failed two subject in westbengal HS exam. I reappear in the next year. If I have fail in one subject among two. Can I pass HS or not? (As per wbchse new rule) It will be helpful if you can give me the details on this, Awaiting to get the response. Thank you!

No, you will not be considered as qualified in higher secondary examination of you have failed in two subjects. You need to qualify all subjects of your 12th standard to be considered as qualified in 12th standard. Since, you have one failed subject in your 12th standard, I suggest you to appear in supplementary examination and get qualified in your 12th standard.
