Am I eligible for Ph.D in Electronics and Communications having completed B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications and M.Tech in New Materials and Processing Technology without appearing for GATE Exam?


I am B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication and M.Tech in New Materials and Processing Technology. Am I eligible for doing Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication. I am not a Gate scorer.

Is there any percentage requirment in either B.Tech Or M.Tech to become a full time/part time faculty in degree engineering college?
