No you're elgible for SI Post entrance examination after completing Diploma course. Diploma is enough qualification to apply for SI Post entrance examiantion. You need to complete bachelor degree course in order to make you eligible for SI post entrance examination.

►SI means (Sub Inspector)


Eligibility Criteria for Sub Inspector (SI)

For the above mentioned post of SI Post, Candidate educational qualification must be Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university.

Age limit:- above 21 years and below 30 years and upper age relaxation will be reserved category candidates as per the govt rules.

Selection Process:- Through Written Test / Physical Fitness candidates will be selected for the SI Post.

Physical Standards for SI Post:-

►Height - 165 cms (for men), 150 cms (for women)
►Chest - 76 cms with expansion ( There shall be no such requirement in case of female candidates)
►Vision - Eye-Sight (with or without glasses)
►Distant Vision : 6/6 in one and 6/9 in the other eye
►Near Vision : 0.6 in one eye and 0.8 in other eye
