Fir SSC 10+2 Pass is the Eligibility Criteria . In this exam firstly written exam is held and then on the basis of performance in written exam candidates are selected for Skill Test.
In BAnk IBPS Clerk exams & PO : A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government is the Eligibility criteria

You must be graduate for appearing PO Exams
