Am I eligible for state quota in Punjab?


i had completed all my studies till 12th from chandigarh only !!
i just wanted tO knOw if i am eligible for state QuOta of punjab !!

i belong to punjab. done my 10th from punjab then moved to sikkim,as my father is in services.am i eligible for state quota?
