i am finished diploma in computer seience engineering its eligible for sub inspector thus the diploma in eligible or not?

I am Female I completed my Diploma in Computers so can i apply for inspector or sub inspector post in Telangana State what is the age limit for this post my age is 28 so this age is suit to me for applying this post

# You are advised to go for completion of bachelor degree first of all. Thereafter, you will be eligible to apply for the post of Sub-Inspector.

# Moreover, for the post of Sub-Inspector, candidate must be below the age of 28 years. Must be permanent resident of concerned State. Must be enough perfectly physically fit to carry out duties.
