The programme is offered for a duration of 3 yrs spread in a semester pattern .
Candidates willing to seek admission need to appear for an all India level online entrance exam namely IIT JAM Further the shortlisted candidates are allotted seats based on 3 rounds of CCMN Councelling . They need to have a bachelor's degree They must have scored 55%or 5.5 out of 10 CGPA for General or OBC (NCL) or EWS category and 50% for sc/st/Pwd |

In order to get admission in M.Sc course in IIT:
1. You need to appear for the IIT JAM examination and clear it with good rank. 2. Minimum of 55% marks in Bachelor's degree in science is required. Bachelor of Arts candidates can not get admission in IIT for M.Sc Mathematics. |
