In BE my batch is 2014-2018 due to backlogs I'm graduated on 2020 am I eligible for tcs and mind tree I'm waiting for last rounds results😢😢

A candidate is required to clear all their backlogs, before applying to Mindtree and candidates are supposed to clear all technical capabilities in order to be a confirmed employee.

As far as capabilities are concerned , the candidate must have all GREENs in their capability report to be a full time employee in mindtree.

In order to join TCS , candidate must be a graduate from following streams
B.E
B.TECH
MCA
ME/M.TECH etc
At the time of joining TCS, the candidate must be free from any backlogs.
Graduates and postgraduates with relevant work experience are considered.
Only full time courses are considered.

Yes. You are eligible for TCS and Mind Tree interviews. A maximum of 2 years gap is allowed in both TCS and Mind Tree. But you must have valid reasons for the year gap and you must have the required skills to get selected for the interview.
