Am I eligible for Teaching government jobs if I have 40% in graduation?

I have 43% in Bechlor of commerce , can I getting a teaching government jobs???? please answer me fast

For B.Ed you must have a graduation degree with minimum 50 to 55%marks and for post graduation with minimum 55%marks after that you are eligible.
