My son date of birth is 3:11:2009,

He is studying in Pre-KG & when he completes the pre-KG his age will be 3.5years When he writes the 10th standard exam his age will be 15.5years

so please suggest me that whether he is eligible for write the sslc exam.

Yes, He is Eligible for writing SSLC Exam.
as per govt norm, he should have completed the age of 14 on the first day of the month in which the examination is to be conducted[say Mar/Apr]. on Mar/Apr your son will be 14.4 Months, so he is Eligible
