is there any cut off percentage in degree and hs level to sit for net exam?

The June NET Examination 2011 Was Already Completed and If you are Satisfied the eligibility Criteria, then Please apply for December NET Examination. But The Notification was Not yet Published, But please dont worry The Notification of December NET Examination was Published in the Month of September, So please wait for the Notification and then apply for NET Examination. But candidates are Select the Optional Subjects in NET Examination on the Basis of Post Graduate Subjects Only, the Syllabus and Previous Year Question paper are availiable in the UGC Official website, So please check the Website for Complete Information - http://ugcnetonline.in |

Since you are in first year so you are not eligible to apply for the NET exam. To apply for the NET exam you should have to post graduate first and only then you are eligible to apply for the NET exam. The detailed eligibility criteria for the NET exam is given below: Education Qualification Candidates having master degree in Humanities and Social Sciences, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc. and have scored 55% marks are eligible to apply for the NET exam. Candidates of Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Physically Handicapped (PH)/Visually Handicapped (VH) should have 50% marks . Candidates who are appeared in the final year exam are also eligible to apply for the NET test. so after completion of your master degree you are eligible for NET exam. all the best |
