Hi, my brother is deaf and dumb, he has completed Diploma in Computer Science and B.Sc in Information Technology, he is 39 years old and he need a government jobs. Could you please inform any government job suitable for him?

The UPSC- Union Public Service Commission provides reservations for physically disabled candidates in the civil service exams. Every year limited seats about 27 to 30 are reserved for the physically disabled category.
You can try for non-technical post ,ground duty branch or you can be a teacher for specially challenged students
