Sir, my son is B.E. Elect 69.9% marks. His date of birth is 18th Oct 1985. We belong to Gen Category. Any opportunity for him through UPSC?

After completing B.E with 69.9% marks. You son can give many exam conducted by U.P.S.C like:-
-I.A.S
-I.P.S
-I.E.S

Eligibility criteria FOR I.A.S:-
>pass the graduation from recognized university.
> Age limit:-
For open category:-21-30year
For OBC category :- 21-33year
For ST/SC category:-21-37 year
> Number of attempts:-
For open category:- 4
For ST/SC category:-7
> Must be citizen of India

58%in 12
and now i m a 3rd year student pursing in civil engineering
my question is that
I m eligible for UPSC exam??
