My name is rasheed,I am from Hyderabad, A.P. India.
I have completed M.Sc , B.Ed. Know i would like to countinue my education.either M.Ed or P.hd, But my post graduation percentage is 51% only, is there any university which allowing with 51% of Marks In P.G in distance. please give me the universities name so that
i can approah it. or M.Ed from any distance university.
