Availability of bank jobs (government and private) for 30% visually impaired candidates?

I am visually impaired with 30% disability, my left eye was damaged in an accident and I have no vision in it. Does this mean that I am ineligible for banking exams as per their medical standards? Which all banking exam am I eligible? How and when to apply for those?
