I have completed my M.Sc in Mathematics. Now I want to apply for Post Graduate Teacher entrance exam. So, I would like to know if B.Ed is also compulsory to be eligible for the entrance exam or not?

Yes, B.Ed is compulsory for PGT. All government institute consider B.Ed is one of the eligibility criteria for applying for PGT.

You have to clear SET exam for teaching in higher schools. Almost all private schools also consider B.Ed as compulsory requirement for teaching.

Some management schools may consider candidates without B.Ed if they are highly talented. But if you have an interest in teaching it is always better to opt fof B.Ed.

You must possess masters degree from a recognised university with B.Ed and proficiency in teaching through English and Hindi with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned or related subjects and B. Ed.

Yes, if you want to become a PGT teacher then you have to pursue post graduation and BEd both because as per the rules to appear in the test a candidate must have completed post graduation and B.Ed.
Where as in order to become a college lecturer B.Ed is not compulsory.
