Is B.Ed helpful in becoming a Teacher? Where can we use of B.Ed apart from teaching?

Sir, I am from Commerce stream currently pursuing my M.Com. Is B.Ed helpful in my career? What are the other uses of B.Ed apart from getting into teaching profession?

Bachelor of Education qualification is mandatory for teaching jobs at secondary and higher secondary levels of education. It is also required for primary level of education.

You can apply for TET exam after graduation and B.Ed course. Apart from teaching it is just a professional degree.

1. The qualification of Bachelor of Education is only helpful in getting job as teacher in schools. Otherwise, it will just remain a degree.

2. You can apply for CTET and STET examination.

3. You must have minimum of 50% marks in bachelor's degree.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
