B.Ed from Jhansi is valid in Himachal Pradesh or not?

I have completed my B.Ed from Bundelkhand University which is located in Jhansi. I have to shift to the state of Himachal Pardesh now. So, I wanted to know whether this B.Ed is valid in this state or not?
