Is B.Ed necessary for work education group teacher of WBSSC?

I joined as an Assistant Teacher of work education group on 03.10.2001 recommended by West Bengal School Service Commission
(WBSSC). My qualification is B.Sc. in Agriculture. Is B.Ed is necessary for annual increment in pay scale as well as in designation?
