Clear one of my doubt that whether b.tech last semester students are eligible for upcoming sbi po 2015 exam??

Now, SBI has changed their recruitment procedure from this year onwards. Those who are interested in an SBI PO examination have to appear for two Individual examinations. There will be two stages in SBI PO Examination i.e. Tier I and Tier II. Tier-I is a preliminary examination and those who crack this stage are eligible for Tier-II (Main examination). Preliminary examination is an objective one and you will get around 100 questions in this stage, the duration of the preliminary examination is 1 hour. There are total 3 section in this stage, i.e. English, Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude. English section contains 30 questions, 35 questions comes in Reasoning ability section and 35 comes in Quantitative Aptitude section. Those who clear this stage are eligible for Main examination, the main examination pattern is same as previous year examination. The duration of Main examination is about 2 hours of Objective test and 1 hour for descriptive examination. To be eligible for SBI PO exam, you must be a graduate. Final year candidates can also apply for this exam.
Age limit :- For general category : 21 to 30 years. For the OBC candidates : 21 to 33 years For the SC\ST candidates :21 to 35 years Selection process for SBI PO exam :- Written examination Group discussion Interview |

Yes, definitely you are eligible for appearing in the SBI examination for probationary officer being a B.tech final year student based on your educational qualifications but you are required to have some more qualifications for this examination.
The eligibility criteria for this examinations are as given below :- -->> You must be a citizen of India . -->> Your age must be within 21 years to 30 years if you belong to general category otherwise there is provision for age relaxation for OBCs , SC/STs & physically handicapped students of 3 years ,5 years & 10 years respectively as per the government norms . -->> You must have a bachelor degree with any discipline from a recognized university .Students pursuing final year of their bachelor degree too are eligible for the same examinations . -->> You have the knowledge of how to work on computer as the total working system is based on computer in the present era . If you are looking to be a probationary officer then you can also go for IBPS examination for probationary officer held for recruitment of same in 29 nationalized banks of India .The eligibility criteria for this is also same as above mentioned . Yes you are eligible for SBI PO even if you are last semester students . The eligibility criteria is graduation passed or even the final years students can also apply . The degree must be from a recognised university and it may be in any discipline.
The age of the candidates must be 21-30 years .There is relaxation applicable for reserved category candidates . The questions in the examination are from English, Reasoning, General Knowledge, Data Interpretation and Computer . The examination is conducted in Preliminary. Mains . Interview .
