Being a 38 years old graduate can I do LLB and practice in Court?
Dear Sir/Madam
I am 38 years old & Graduate from BSC (IT) with 60%. Can I do a LLB ? Can I practice in court? Is age really matter in LLB? THANKS. |

You can do LLB and practice in court even being a 38 years old graduate as there is no restriction on upper age-limit for admission in LLB degree .
LLB stands for Bachelor of Law. The duration for LLB course is 3 years . Admission to LLB course is based on the merit list of CLAT exam . CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test . The eligibility criteria required to get admission in LLB degree are as under :- -The candidate should have passed graduation degree in any discipline with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category) from a recognized university. -There is no restriction on upper age-limit for admission. However, a candidate must have completed at least 17 years of age on the date of making application for the course. Syllabus for the exam consists of Elementary Mathematics General English General Knowledge Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. |
