Being an OBC candidate can I appear for any of the Railway Group D exam?
I am OBC candidate my birth date is 24/03/1980. Can I sit in any railway examination for group D? If yes, please let me know in which branch I can apply for and their exam details?

No, you have not satified the age criteria to appear in RRB Group D exam. As you have mentioned your DOB in the question, your current age is 37 year. But, the upper age limit to appear in the exam for OBC candidates is 33 years( upper age limit is increased this year to 33 years, this was 31 years in past RRB Group D exams).
Eligibility Criteria: >>Candidates who have passed 10th / ITI or its equivalent examination can submit application for the Railway Group D Application form. >> Candidates age must be between 18 and 33 years. Number of Vacancies: 62907 vacancies. |
