Is it beneficial to work in an NGO Organization being an MBA-HR holder?

Hello everyone, I am getting job in an NGO Organization. I have done MBA in HR and they are providing me the handsome salary. So, I need your suggestion that whether it is beneficial to work in an NGO Organization? Please suggest me!
