The best college for Aeronautical/Aerospace engineering in South India is Indian Institute for Space Science and Technology(IIST). You can appear for the exam conducted by IIST for the admission in Aeronautical Engineering in this institution. After completing your graduation from IIST you will have a job directly at ISRO as a scientist or an engineer even with your poor grades.

The other best engineering college for this purpose is IIT Madras. You can appear for IIT JEE exam and can take admission in IIT Madras and opt for Aeronautical Engineering and can get into ISRO or NASA.
