If you are looking for a branch that is related to comp science, then you can choose MBA in Systems. However, MBA is a new start of your career and hence you must choose subjects of your choice. I have seen several engineers who moved to finance or HR functions after MBA and made a good career out of it. Hence choose something in which you are most interested.

The best branch in MBA for you to stick on to the IT field would be software management or IT management. You can opt for Systems as one of the specialisation while pursuing MBA. This would help you to look for jobs in the IT industry. It would be better if you plan to do your MBA after at least one year of work experience with you. This will give you a whole new approach to the IT industry. You can even choose HR and Finance as the other area of specialization, as this would give you a wider scope in terms of job opportunitites.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
