Best countries for studies in Structural engineering after B.E (Civil)? Where can i get good jobs?
sir i am doing final year BE in civil branch, i would like to do my higher studies in structural engineering. i wrote GRE and have 1229 as score. can u tell which country is better. and where can i get good jobs. i will study by taking loans, against to property.

Your GRE score is quite good. You can go abroad to the USA as they have world class universities which offer structural engineering. You can get into any of the mainstream colleges there. But you have to take up TOEFL exam as well. After getting the scores of TOEFL you can report your scores to the universities. In the mean time you have to to do a lot of research on the universities which offer your course of choice as there are numerous colleges offering it. Select the college wisely as you are telling you will be taking loans. For example it is cheaper to study in the state of Texas than in California or New York as the cost of living there is cheaper. If you perform well in your in first semester you are eligible for scholarships for the following semesters. and as a student you can work for upto 20hrs a week. This is quite enough to support your monthly expenses. Good luck |

Hi, I have a bachelors degree in Civil and also have 2 yrs work ex. 1 yr in india and another in oman. my UG Percentage is 72 and yet to show for GRE and toefl..... I am looking for top colleges around the world for masters in structural engineering.
