Sir, I have passed ITI with Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) trade. Please tell me best course to study between BCA and B.Tech CSE?

Personally I would like to suggest you to pursue BTech after completion of your ITI but being ITI student you have to complete your diploma in polytechnic only then you will be eligible for B tech course. BCA course can be persued but nowadays it is very common so you must go for engineering course because after that you will have bright future.

I have completed BCA and I am working with different job profile (telecom) . but I want to go in IT sector what is Copa course beneficial for me or give me any other suggestions

I suggest you first of all you complete your diploma in polytechnic then you will be eligible for B Tech in CSE. After completed B Tech in CSE you will have bright future.

i think btech with cse will give you more opportunity than bca so suggest you to do btech in cse.
