Respected Sir/Madam, I am studying BCom with Accountancy Honours. I am interested to study MBA course after completing my Graduation. Kindly let me know that which specialization is best for me as I am a female candidate.

Mainly there are three specialisations Marketing, Finance, and HR. It is all depends on your goals and what kind of job profile you want to choose as your career.
Marketing has the most scope for job as compared to Finance and HR but it requires the frequent outgoing and travelling tendency at work.

As you are female candidate HR is also a nice option as many times in HR females are preferred more than male students.

But as per your educational background the best option will be Finance. It not only offers great job opportunities but also it provide indoor official work environment. You will not need to travel on daily basis as compared to marketing field.
Also if you are good with numbers you will not face difficulties during your course.
Hence finance will be good option for you.
